Smart Review
Saved mistakes now use spaced repetition. Due mistakes appear first; several successful reviews move a mistake to Mastered.
Question Quality Control
Report ambiguous, incorrect or badly formatted questions. You can also suggest a concrete fix: alternative answer, corrected answer, rewritten prompt, rewritten explanation, or disable question. Flagged questions can be hidden from future sessions without deleting the bank.
